CBS 19 in Charlottesville reports this morning that Comer is being charged with 5 counts of embezzlement, and is being held on a $50,000 bond along with surrendering his passport.

Law enforcement authorities tell NelsonCountyLife.com this evening that Michael Comer, former Glenmore Country Club official, who has been missing since early July has been located. Details are very sketchy at this hour, but authorities say Comer was found on Wintergreen Resort property alive and well. Albermarle County authorities have Comer in custody.
Nelson County, Virginia Sheriff David Brooks tells NCL that he was told Comer was picked up and transported to Albemarle County for questioning.
