MOVE NORTHEAST ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST LATER TONIGHT INTO
SATURDAY. PRECIPITATION ON THE NORTHWEST SIDE OF THIS SYSTEM WILL
SPREAD MEASURABLE SNOWFALL INTO THE REGION. THE GREATEST AMOUNTS
ARE EXPECTED OVER PARTS OF SOUTHSIDE VIRGINIA… NORTH CENTRAL
NORTH CAROLINA….AND THE FOOTHILLS. BEHIND THIS SYSTEM…THE
