The National Weather Service in Baltimore MD/Washington has
cancelled the Winter Weather Advisory.

Temperatures have risen above freezing across the area…therefore
freezing rain is no longer expected.

* PRECIPITATION TYPE…SNOW…SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS…1 TO 2 INCHES OF SNOW AND SLEET ABOVE 1500 FEET.
LESS THAN AN INCH OF SNOW ELSEWHERE. TRACE AMOUNTS OF ICE ALONG
THE BLUE RIDGE.

* TIMING…SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MIDDAY HOURS AND THEN
CHANGE TO SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN DURING THE AFTERNOON.
PRECIPITATION WILL GENERALLY CHANGE TO RAIN BY THIS EVENING.

* TEMPERATURES…LOWER TO MID 30S.

* WINDS…NORTHEAST 5 TO 10 MPH TODAY…BECOMING NORTHWEST TONIGHT.

* IMPACTS…HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED FROM
