All communication should be monitored. Letters should be read to make sure they don’t contain criminal content. This is the perfect example of a man who should be serving life without the possibility of parole. He should have limited contact with the outside world. I hope this is part of Congress’ prison reform. Let’s release people with minor drug charges and keep dangerous people like this murderer away from the population.
