We’ve been telling you for months about the construction of a new Dollar General in Nellysford.
During the past few days the roof trusses and exterior walls went up.
“Based on our construction timeline, I anticipate the store is still expected to open by mid to late-fall,” Laura Somerville Dollar General Corporation Corporate Communications Goodlettsville, Tennessee told us Monday afternoon.
Ms. Somerville went on to say the timeline could be adjusted as progress continued on the store and they had a better handle on the opening.

Did this building need to be so tall? This building is so out of place with the neighborhood! Who approved the design? So much for the nice view of the mountains in Nellysford.
