As I have been discussing for days, a major winter storm is about upon us. By Friday evening heavy snow should be well underway. We will get a brief break in the snow toward Saturday, then additional heavy snow will begin falling. Ending late Saturday. (given current projections)

Numerous watches [1] and warnings [2] will go into effect over the next several hours. By Friday everyone will be under warnings.
