As part of Cider Week Virginia (November 13-22) Bold Rock Hard Cider near Nellysford has been celebrating with special music events at the cidery on Route 151 just south of Nellysford. We first told you about Bold Rock way back in 2011 as construction was just kicking off. Since those days BR has done a major 3 million dollar expansion at the charter facility in Nelson and recently opened another plant in North Carolina.
Saturday afternoon Tara Mills and Jimmy Stelling continued with music as part of the celebration. Master cider maker and co-founder of Bold Rock, Brian Shanks, was also giving personal tours of the operation into the evening.
