FOR GUSTY WINDS AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR PORTIONS OF THE
POTOMAC HIGHLANDS…PORTIONS OF THE NORTHERN SHENANDOAH VALLEY…
AND THE NORTHERN VIRGINIA BLUE RIDGE AND FOOTHILLS…

* HUMIDITY…20 TO 30 PERCENT THROUGH SUNSET THIS EVENING.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* FUEL MOISTURE…LESS THAN 8 PERCENT.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
