THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BALTIMORE MD/WASHINGTON HAS
ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW… WHICH IS IN EFFECT
UNTIL 2 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN
CANCELLED.

* PRECIPITATION TYPE…SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS…1 TO 3 INCHES.

* TIMING…ENDING BY EARLY AFTERNOON. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL BE
THROUGH 10 AM.

* TEMPERATURES…IN THE LOWER 30S.

* WINDS…NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH.

THIS MORNING AND OFFSHORE BY AFTERNOON. A QUICK HITTING ROUND OF
PRECIPITATION WILL PASS THROUGH MUCH OF THE REGION THROUGH MIDDAY
BEFORE ENDING THIS AFTERNOON. MUCH OF THIS WILL TAKE THE FORM OF
SNOW AFTER STARTING AS RAIN…SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN EARLY THIS

* HAZARD TYPES…SLEET OR FREEZING RAIN CHANGING TO SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS…SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATION OF 1 TO 2 INCHES…
WITH UP TO 3 INCHES ALONG THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS. ISOLATED TRACE
AMOUNTS OF ICE.

* TIMING…PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY TRANSITION TO SNOW AFTER
SUNRISE AND CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING.

* IMPACTS…ROADS AND SIDEWALKS MAY BECOME SNOW COVERED AND
SLICK.
