* HUMIDITY…20 TO 30 PERCENT.

* WINDS…WEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35 MPH.

* FUEL MOISTURE…7 TO 8 PERCENT.

A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW…OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF

CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY ALONG THE EASTERN SLOPES OF THE BLUE RIDGE.
