Multi Car Accident Slows Traffic On I-64 WB Near Albemarle / Nelson Line

Traffic was backed up for around 3 miles at one point Wednesday afternoon between 4 & 5PM when a multi car accident occurred on I-64 westbound around the 102 mile marker.
No word yet on injuries.
