Come enjoy an info session & adventure photography slide show about Outdoor Adventure Social Club, with 200+ members ages 18 through 70s in the Charlottesville / Richmond / Lynchburg / Staunton / Harrisonburg / Culpeper / Ruckersville / Waynesboro area. • ~2 to 3 adventures offered every day (weekday evenings, and weekends) • Beginners through advanced welcome • Gear and training are provided • THIS EVENT: info session / adventure photography slide show / membership and activity sign-ups, at Charlottesville Downtown Mall #420. Free. Our Mission is to provide daily opportunities to exercise mind and body in a safe, supportive atmosphere fostering camaraderie, education, and respect for our environment and community. • INDOOR ADVENTURES: Beat the ‘winter blues’ by joining us for wallyball, volleyball, yoga, rock climbing, broomball, racquetball, dodgeball, ice skating, bowling, craft-making, game nights, movies, theater plays & musicals, restaurant dining, happy hours, pool / billiards, wine tastings, and much, much more!!! • OUTDOOR ADVENTURES: No leaves on trees (views galore!) and frozen waterfalls make for awesome hiking, staying at rustic mountain cabins, caving is a true underground adventure, ultimate frisbee, and of course winter sports include snow tubing, cross-country and downhill skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and more!
