Nelson County Sheriff, David Brooks, released a photo of 32 year old Christy Lynn Voneitzen, wanted by his agency and the US Marshal’s service.
CBS-19’s Jim Hanchett sent along this updated info to us this morning:
“Sheriff Brooks told CBS19 the manhunt continued Thursday morning for Miller and Christy Lynn Voneitzen, 32. Authorities don’t have a photo of her. Brooks said the two knew the victim of their sex crime and the community is not at risk. He also said he didn’t believe Miller and Voneitzen were carrying guns. The sheriff said the photo that accompanies this story is several years old so Miller’s appearance may have changed.”

Nelson County, Virginia Sheriff, David Brooks, says his department and the US Marshall’s service are on the lookout for Johnny Webb Miller. “Our department and the the US Marshal’s service conducted a search Wednesday afternoon in the Greenfield / Afton area, but were unable to locate Miller,” says Sheriff Brooks.
The sheriff tells NCL that Miller is wanted on a series of charges:
Possession of a firearm by a convicted felon
Forcible sodomy
Abduction
Possession of Schedule I-II controlled substance
Rape
Object sexual penetration
Sheriff Brooks goes on to say that Miller is in the company of Christy Lynn Voneitzen a 32 year old White Female wanted on the following charges:
Possession of Schedule I-II controlled substance
Rape
Forcible sodomy
Object sexual penetration
Abduction
“They were last seen in the area of 6229 Taylor’s Creek Road,” Sheriff Brooks continues.
The sheriff is asking anyone with information on the whereabouts of either Miller or Voneitzen to contact their tip line at 877-570-8477. Callers remain anonymous.
