Youngsters in the Nelson County High chapter of The Future Farmers of America have been busy over the past several weeks raising money for a trip to the 82 Annual FFA National Convention later this month in Indianapolis. Some of the folks in the Nelson chapter recently placed at the state fair a few weeks ago. Click here to see all of the winners and their placement at the state fair.
Young members of the NCHS FFA have also been making apple butter for several weeks, selling that to help offset the cost of travel to the convention.
