Everything is ready to go for this weekend’s upcoming 4th Annual Blue Ridge Mountain Music Fest atop the mountain at Wintergreen Resort. The festival is put on annually each August by Wintergreen Performing Arts with a terrific lineup of music all day long from 12 noon until 7PM.

This year’s Fest features Nothin’ Fancy, the Deer Creek Boys, the New North Carolina Ramblers and the McKenzies with Kim and Jimbo Cary. There will be a crafts fair, jamming and refreshments throughout the day. The crafts fair starts at 11:00 am and the music begins at noon. Nelson County Life Magazine’s, Tommy Stafford, will be the emcee once again at this year’s day long festival.

Admission is by wristband. Wristbands will be available for purchase at the WPA Ticket Booth (next to the Evans Center) beginning at 11 am on Saturday, August 15.

The Mountain Music Fest is supported by the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
