First, thanks to Ann Strober for sending in this beautiful shot from Nellysford, Virginia. There are so many beautiful scenes this year especially with the abundant rainfall we’ve had throughout the Spring & Summer thus far. Look for warming temps over the next couple of days, then a tiny preview of Fall weather (Yea, it is July!) over the weekend into early next week.
Scattered thunderstorms are back in the forecast late tonight, roughly after midnight. Chances for scattered thunderstorms continue right on into early next week when afternoon high temps will generally be in the upper 70’s valley and around the upper 60’s for mountain highs.
