Lovingston – Nelson County, Virginia
As we have been telling you over the past year, Chris Allwood, has been working to get his Eades Hollow Whisky Distillery constructed for an opening sometime in 2009. One of the first storage buildings on the site, just north of Lovingston, Virginia went up within the past few weeks. “This is the first of many buildings it will take to complete the project in the coming months,” says Chris.
A few weeks ago we told you about the arrival of Chris’ first distilling gear from Turkey. Within the past week or so more equipment arrived and is in storage. It will eventually be installed at the distillery site.
Eades will join, a whole hosts of other breweries and wineries currently in operation here in Nelson County, Virginia.
