St. Vincent’s Dinner
This is one happy chef! Genevieve Delfosse prepares some of the delicious food served this past Saturday night.
Folks showed up this past weekend for hearty French Gourmet Dinner to celebrate St-Vincent -the patron saint of winemakers. The celebration is traditionally held in late January in Burgundy. If you have ever had any of the food Genevieve prepares then you know it’s very, very good! Just one of the the 8 menu items was a Heartwarming â€œSoupe Ã lâ€™oignonâ€ A classical French soup of homemade beef stock with Ementhaler and Swiss melted over slices of Baguette gently rubbed with garlic. Served with their 2005 Cuvee Laurent.

Attendees were treated to several different wines throughout the evening.
