The Wintergreen Wine Club will have their January Wine Dinner at D’Ambola’s
Restaurant on Monday, January 21. The dinner will feature five Italian wines
from three different regions of Italy. The meal will include a Minestra, Wild
Mushroom Risotto, Grilled Lamb Chops with a Mediterranean dry rub and
Asparagus. Dessert will feature a Sicilian style ice cream, toroni, and
Minature cannoli.
