    Updated 5.21.07 CONFIRMED

10:00 AM EDT We just spoke directly to Sal over at Vito’s Restaurant in Lovingston, we can now confirm he’s seriously looking at the old Gril 151 in Nellysford. Essentially he wants to open in that location, but is plagued by the same problems that Juan Delgado unfortunately had, septic issues. “We want to open there and if we do we’ll have a large wine selection, we won’t be jacking up our prices and it’ll be the same menu folks have come to expect from our Lovingston location Sal told me. Essentially he is in the process of looking at alternative septic solutions. A major one is in play as of this post. This week we should know for sure if things pan out. If it does, he’ll have the green light and will be moving forward. Let’s keep our finger crossed, Sal is a great guy and let’s pull for him! Stay tuned!

    Updated 5.17.07
This past weekend we told you about Grill 151, in Nellysford, serving their last breakfast Saturday morning. They closed over the weekend. Obviously that information was correct. Over the past day or so we have seen these two signs go up below on their door. One saying CLOSED another notifying the men’s church group to start meeting at Stoney Creek. We’ve yet to verify the rumor, but have been told anouther restaurant will be reopening there soon. We’ve been told who, but don’t want to put it here until we have verified it and make sure it’s true. We’re checking it out and will let you know! Still developing…..

    1. Geez, you go away for three days and NEWS breaks out. So good to see the T and Y team is on top of all these breaking stories. Nice to feel “connected” even when away from the Rockfish Valley.
