NCL-Tiger Fuel joins NCL Weathernet
Our newest NCL-Wunderground Weathernet station came online this week. NCL-Tiger Fuel Lovingston, VA officially joined our network Wednesday May 9, 2007! You can get to them by simply using the handy drop down menu on the upper left hand side of the page you are viewing now.
Above me and Eddie Fitzgerald of Tiger Fuel Company in Lovingston show off the newly installed station atop their office. Couldn’t have done this with you Eddie – Thanks a million!
Tim Spicer, operations manager of Tiger there in Lovingston stepped up to the plate and allowed us to put our latest station at their place. “This allows us to keep track of what the weather is doing in real time, right here. This along with the other NCL stations across the county helps us determine what heating requirements might be,” says Tim. Now people living in Lovingston or anywhere in the world can get live real time weather from the Nelson County Life & the Tiger Fuel station. I also want to thank Mike Pugh with Tiger Fuel’s IT department in Charlottesville for helping me through the twists and turns of getting the software configured on their system. Thanks Mike!
Above is the completed weather station at Tiger’s Lovingston office.
Again thanks to Tim and everyone at Tiger for allowing us to put our newest station online there. And thank you to all of the folks that have allowed us to put stations in across the entire county. Check them out again on that drop down menu above on the upper left!
