Winter officially began at 6:03 PM EST on Sunday – December 21st. And, it certainly was feeling like the season up at Wintergreen Resort. Skiers and boarders took advantage of some newly made and groomed snow on the weekend heading into Christmas.

In addition to the initial slopes that opened over Thanksgiving weekend, several other slopes including The Highlands opened over the weekend.
